Source: PRO: 11/38 - Pursers, Boatswains, Gunners and Carpenters 1828
Although dated 1828, this shows men passed for warrants as far back as the 1790s in some cases. This is arranged by ranks and rough alphabetical and chronological order. Ordinarily there is little actual information but can be very useful for finding out dates of passing for warrants.
